The bail judgement on the case of businessman Lucas Legabe, who is accused of stealing a cocaine consignment worth R200 million, will be delivered today at the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court.
According to reports, the prosecution alleges that in 2021, Legabe and others were informed about the drugs stored in a facility that wasn’t secured.
Alleging that the the keys and duplicates were with former KwaZulu-Natal Hawks head Leseja Senona for safekeeping, adding that several meetings were held at the instruction of corrupt police officials. #MadlangaCommission #HawksPortShepstone #DrugArrest #LucasLegabe
